Kristen Mulheren Levitt, MS, LCSW A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than ten years experience working with individuals and groups, Kristen Mulheren Levitt specializes in the treatment of those experiencing infertility issues. Kristen has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, agencies and schools, and has had much success in providing counseling and therapy services to those she has treated. She is honored to be working with the physicians at the Reproductive Science Center of New Jersey. Kristen believes that each individual and couple present with their own unique experience of their infertility journey and therefore each requires individualized treatment to aid them in coping with and managing their emotions and circumstances. Kristen works with individual or couple to create a plan that centers specifically around their needs. This includes learning how to manage the physical and emotional changes, as well as the medical treatments associated with infertility, getting the support they require, processing and coping with the multitude of emotions and maintaining effective communication with their family, friends and medical team. Kristen holds a four-year clinical Masters of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. She received her Bachelors degree from Fordham University in New York City with a major in English and minor in Women’s Studies. Kristen is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, American Society of Reproductive Medicine - Mental Health Professional Group and Resolve – The National Infertility Association.
