Can You Still Get Pregnant?

Yes, but it depends on several factors. While hydrosalpinx can reduce fertility, many patients go on to have successful pregnancies with the right treatment. Options may include:

• Surgical removal or repair of the affected tube(s)

• IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), which bypasses the fallopian tubes entirely

• Tubal flushing or aspiration, in some cases
