ACOG Member and ACOG National Faculty Award
The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a 501(c)(6) organization, is the nation’s leading group of physicians providing health care for women. As a private, voluntary, nonprofit membership organization of approximately 55,000 members, ACOG strongly advocates for quality health care for women, maintains the highest standards of clinical practice and continuing education of its members, promotes patient education, and increases awareness among its members and the public of the changing issues facing women’s health care.
Dr. Ziegler received National Faculty Award from the American College of OB/GYN. The residents at Monmouth Medical Center presented Dr. William Ziegler with the National Faculty Award. He received the award for promoting high standards of residency education in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

CLIA approved
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulates all laboratory testing (except research) performed in the U.S. through the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). In total, CLIA covers approximately 225,000 laboratory entities. The objective of the CLIA program is to ensure quality laboratory testing.

The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology is the primary organization of professionals dedicated to the practice of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the United States. ART includes the practice of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The mission of SART is to set and help maintain the standards for ART in an effort to better serve our members and patients.

Dr. William Ziegler is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). Dr. Ziegler and other physicians who earn ABOG subspecialty certification meet strict requirements in the OB-GYN specialty as well as in their individual subspecialties. This certification earned by Dr. Ziegler is distinct from his state licensure.

The Vision of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM)
To be the nationally and internationally recognized leader for multidisciplinary information, education, advocacy and standards in the field of reproductive medicine. The ASRM is a non-profit organization whose members must demonstrate the high ethical principles of the medical profession, evince an interest in infertility, reproductive medicine and biology, and adhere to the objectives of the Society.
