National Women’s Health Week 2018
RSCNJ celebrates National Women’s Health Week
May 13-19, 2018
Please join Reproductive Science Center of New Jersey as we come together to celebrate and focus on the important issue of women’s health.
We will be observing National Women’s Health Week, an initiative led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Women’s Health. This week is meant to empower women to make their health a priority. Women can take actions to improve both their physical and mental health, such as:
- Scheduling regular checkups and preventive screenings.
- Staying active.
- Eating nutritious foods.
- Getting enough sleep.
- Managing stress levels.
- Avoiding risky behaviors—smoking, texting while driving, not wearing a seatbelt, etc.
