Inclusive Options for LGBTQ+ Family Building

Donor Sperm

For individuals or couples assigned female at birth, donor sperm can be used for:

• Intrauterine Insemination (IUI): A simple procedure that places sperm directly into the uterus.

• In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): Eggs are fertilized in the lab, and embryos are transferred to the uterus.

Donor Eggs

For individuals or couples assigned male at birth, donor eggs are combined with sperm to create embryos for transfer to a gestational carrier.
